We time the stretch between a casino approving a redemption and the prize reaching the player’s bank. Identity verification is left out on purpose: it happens once, before the first prize, and never again, so including it would punish casinos for a step every player can clear at sign-up.

Readers send us two dated screenshots, the approval and the arrival. We average the past month and round to the nearest hour under a day and to the nearest half day above it. The page is re-sorted on the first of each month.

Whatever casino you pick, three habits shorten the wait: verify before your first request, redeem to a bank account where you have the choice, and avoid Friday evenings when review teams are thin.
