How Casino Pioneer rates sweepstakes casinos
Four measured inputs with fixed weights. The rating is arithmetic, not opinion, and no casino can pay to change it.
The four inputsWhat the rating is made of
Prize time
Average time from an approved redemption to arrival, from dated reader reports gathered monthly.
Welcome value
Free Sweepstakes Coins in the welcome package, set against the minimum to redeem. Gold Coins count for nothing.
Terms
Playthrough, redemption minimum, bonus expiry and how plainly the rules are written.
Experience
How long a real person takes to answer a redemption question, and whether the site or app works cleanly on a phone.
How a figure becomes a number
| Input | 5.0 | 4.0 | 3.0 | Rechecked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Prize time | Under 8 hours | Around a day | Two days or longer | Monthly |
| Welcome value | Free SC at or above the minimum | At least a tenth of the minimum | Under a tenth | When terms change |
| Terms | 1x playthrough, 50 SC minimum | 1x playthrough, 100 SC minimum | 2x playthrough | When terms change |
| Experience | Human reply within an hour, faultless app | Reply the same day | Reply next day or later | Quarterly |
What does not affect the rating
Money. Casino Pioneer earns no affiliate commissions, takes no fee when a reader registers, and sells no placements. There is nothing commercial to keep out of the rating because there is nothing commercial in the first place.
Game counts. Every casino claims hundreds or thousands of titles and nobody counts them the same way. Where a library is genuinely different, as with Stake.us originals or the High 5 Games catalogue, the review says so in words rather than in points.
Appearance. We notice design. It does not belong in a rating about getting paid.
When a rating changes
Prize times are recalculated on the first of each month from the previous month’s reports. Welcome value and terms change the day a casino changes its rules, which we check weekly and whenever a reader tells us something moved. Experience is retested every quarter from a fresh account.
A casino that slows down slips; one that lowers its minimum climbs. There is no override, and the date on each review shows when its figures were last confirmed. Corrections from readers are checked and applied within a day.
