To report a wrong figure, tell us the casino, the figure, and where the correct one can be seen, ideally with a screenshot of the casino’s terms. We check and correct within a day.
To send a prize-time report, attach two dated screenshots: the redemption approval and the arrival confirmation. Black out anything personal; we only use the timestamps. These reports are the raw material for the prize times across this site.
For anything else, questions about how the site works or suggestions for what to cover next are welcome.
What we cannot help with
We are not the casinos. We cannot see your account, release a redemption, reset a password or settle a dispute. For your own account, contact that casino’s support; each review links to it.
