Controller. OMD AS, registered in Norway, controls the personal data processed by this site. Addresses are in the footer and on the contact page.

What we collect. Aggregate analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. And anything you choose to email us, including prize-time reports.

What we never ask for. Payment details, identity documents, passwords or casino logins. Nobody from Casino Pioneer will ever request them; a message that does is not from us.

Purpose. Analytics shows which pages help readers and which need work. Email is kept so we can reply and, for corrections and prize-time reports, so we can act on them.

Prize-time reports. Only the two timestamps are used. Please black out names, amounts and account numbers before sending. Reports are deleted once the month’s figure is calculated.

Sharing. Our hosting and analytics providers act as processors. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass messages to casinos.

Casino links. Following a link to a casino places you under that casino’s privacy notice. We add no tracking; the casino may see in its own logs that you came from this site, as with any link on the web.

Retention. Aggregate analytics for twenty-six months. Email for twenty-four months after the exchange ends, except that corrections are kept and the message deleted.

Your rights. Depending on where you live you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to processing. Email us; we respond within thirty days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children. This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and delete it if we learn we have.
